Business Analyst - UAT testing (5-13 years) - Bangalore/ Gurgaon

An exciting opportunity for the one having at least 5+ years of experience working in multiple stakeholder setting, good knowledge of SDLC, development, testing and formal Agile processes with experience of writing UAT test cases.

Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Reviewing the customer response and send

Trouble shooting any questions from the app owners

Onboarding/Offboarding apps to the privacy application

Participating in SAFE PI planning to understand requirements

Writing and executing UAT test cases

Working with Dev team to resolve issues

Helping other regional DPAs if they need help

Following up with app owners who do not complete their tasks on time

Monitoring the requests daily and escalate if there is a spike

Maintaining the DPA training/System documentation

Requirements:

Good knowledge of SDLC, Development and Testing and formal Agile processes

Experience of writing UAT test cases

Good documentation, process roadmap, process flow creation experience

Assess the operational risks as part of the analysis and implementation planning and execution in conjunction with delivery managers

Strong organizational skills and understanding of Jira, Confluence, Excel and Agile delivery methodology

Background in data privacy and security

Some experience with technical stacks like programming languages (Java, Python etc.)
