Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Proficiency in Accounting Finance is required. Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Roles & Responsibilities: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. o Support the design of optimized business processes and system workflows. o Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. o Assist in preparing functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and documentation to support design and development. o Participate in stakeholder workshops to capture needs, clarify objectives, and support consensus building. o Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations. o Contribute to testing, validation, and change management activities during implementation. o Continuously seek opportunities to enhance process efficiency and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Financial Management, Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards, Business Design. o Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. o Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. o Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and process maps. o Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. o Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes. o Experience with business process design and requirements analysis. o Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. o Exposure to corporate finance or business model strategy is an advantage. o Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
