Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into actionable technical specifications.

Integrate Cross-Functional Business Imperatives into Solution Design

Collaborate with teams from Quality, R&D, Commercial Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align solutions with strategic priorities.

Act as a Trusted Advisor to Business Leadership

Provide insights and guidance to leadership teams to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Monitor and Troubleshoot Business and Technical Issues

Proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with business users and technical teams.

Facilitate Effective Communication and Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between Wipro technical teams and the customer, ensuring alignment and clarity in solution delivery.

Drive Strategic Roadmaps and Innovation

Contribute to the definition and execution of future-state roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Escalate and Address Challenges Proactively

Highlight critical issues during management reviews and drive resolution through structured problem-solving.

Create and Maintain Documentation Aligned with Client Standards

Develop high-quality documentation in accordance with NVS requirements, including but not limited to User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications. Ensure traceability, clarity, and compliance across all project phases
