: The Business Analyst will support data projects by gathering requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements for analytics projects. - Work with the data team to ensure deliverables meet business needs. - Assist in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvements. - Gather and document business requirements for data and analytics projects. - Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Support the design and implementation of data solutions. - Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end-users. - Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and communication. - Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
