Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on Business Analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies (both online and classroom). Deliver training on

Business Analyst fundamentals, SDLC, Agile & Scrum, Requirements Gathering, UML, Use Cases, Wireframes, BRD/FRD documentation

, and related topics. Provide practical exposure through

case studies, workshops, and live projects

. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, assignments, and assessments. Mentor and guide learners to prepare them for

industry roles and certifications

(e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA). Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum. Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related fields. Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

(minimum 3-5 years in industry projects). Prior experience as a

Trainer/Instructor/Corporate Faculty

will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of

SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Requirement Engineering, Process Mapping, UML, Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure, Figma), and MS Office Suite

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: ?16,199.29 - ?50,851.85 per month
