ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Management

: Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements; translate them into functional requirements and user stories.

Process Analysis

: Analyze workflows to identify optimization, automation, and digitization opportunities.

Agile Execution

: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Documentation

: Maintain project documentation including BRD, FSD, user stories, and process maps.

Quality Assurance

: Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA to define test cases.

Data Insights

: Analyze business data to identify trends supporting decision-making.

Stakeholder Liaison

: Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Change Management

: Support rollout through user training, communication plans, and adoption strategies.

Leadership

: Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts as required.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Degree

: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT or related field); MBA preferred.

Experience

: Experience in IT services or product-based environments.

Certifications

: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
