Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will focus on gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, improving IT systems and processes, and ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business units and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements Translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and workflows Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, testing, and deployment Analyze current IT systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and system diagrams Track project progress and support change management activities Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar technical analysis role Strong understanding of software development processes and IT systems Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations (basic to intermediate) Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
