Job Summary

We are looking for a

Business Analyst

who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and developers to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders Translate business needs into

functional and technical requirement documents (BRD, FRD, SRS)

Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation Conduct requirement walkthroughs, gap analysis, and feasibility studies Create process flows, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-up meetings (Agile/Scrum) Assist in project estimation, scope definition, and change management Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support client sign-off Act as a key point of contact between clients and the delivery team Ensure solutions align with business goals, timelines, and budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects Strong understanding of

SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience in documenting requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories) Good knowledge of web and mobile application development concepts Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze data, workflows, and business processes

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or automation tools Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations Prior experience in IT services or consulting companies Exposure to product management or pre-sales activities
