Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, and user stories

- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure clarity of requirements

- Conduct requirement validation, gap analysis, and impact analysis

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success metrics

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum)

- Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating results

- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional diagrams when required

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation

- Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies

- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS)

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Hands-on experience with Project Management tools (JIRA, Odoo)

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
