Essential Qualification:

Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements for product features and enhancements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
Work with UX/UI teams to ensure requirements are translated into intuitive product designs.
Liaise with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing efforts.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and workflows.
Support agile development processes by grooming and prioritizing product backlog items.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Assist in defining KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.

Desirable Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-driven company or software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
Experience writing clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar for documentation and project tracking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and QA.

Nice to have:

Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development is a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is advantageous.
