Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Business Analyst

with experience in ERP and CRM systems to bridge the gap between clients and the technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, user training, and supporting successful software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Understand client workflows and translate them into ERP/CRM system requirements. Create BRDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure requirement clarity. Assist in ERP/CRM implementation, configuration, and testing. Conduct UAT sessions and follow up on issue resolution. Provide user training, product demonstrations, and ongoing support. Identify process gaps and propose system improvements. Ensure documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress and risks to the project manager and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in ERP/CRM domain). Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Finance, HR, or Production. Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems (any platform). Proficiency in preparing documentation (SRS, BRD, flowcharts). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Knowledge of SQL basics (optional but added advantage). Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
