We are looking for a

highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

Assist in identifying and documenting business requirements through discussions with stakeholders and team members.

Process Understanding:

Learn and map business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Documentation:

Support the preparation of requirement documents, user stories, and use cases under the guidance of senior analysts.

Communication:

Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Testing Support:

Participate in testing activities to verify that implemented solutions meet business needs.

Research and Analysis:

Perform basic data analysis and research to support project decisions and solution design.

Learning & Development:

Actively engage in training sessions and continuous learning to develop analytical and documentation skills.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Basic understanding of documentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and interest in tools like JIRA or Trello etc. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
