Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level

Business Analyst

with exceptional communication and documentation skills to support cross-functional business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business needs into actionable requirements and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment. Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams. Support projects throughout their full lifecycle--from discovery through delivery. Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and related documentation artifacts. Produce structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Documentation Skills:

Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.

Stakeholder Management:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Methodologies:

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Tools:

+ Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
+ Experience with documentation and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL is a plus (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required).

Availability:

Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
