About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Business Analyst

with at least 5 years of proven expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills along with hands-on experience in business process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and working in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Conduct

requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies

. Document

BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories

. Use tools like

JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart

for documentation and workflow design. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business users to gather insights. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Perform

data analysis using SQL/Excel/BI tools

to support business decisions. Support QA teams in defining test cases and validating business requirements. Drive process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Prepare

reports, dashboards, and presentations

for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

business processes, requirement elicitation, and documentation

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in tools such as

JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Visio/Lucidchart

. Knowledge of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

. Master's degree (MBA) preferred but not mandatory.
