BUSINESS ANALYST

Role-Purpose:

We are seeking a flexible & practical business analyst with some expertise

in the real estate domain along with an overall idea on technology to create a

Business Requirement Document (BRD). The primary goal of this role is to

translate the business needs/requirements into actionable items in terms of

technology and closely mediate between the business stakeholders and the tech

team.

Key-Responsibilities:

₹ Obtaining business requirements from key stakeholders of the business

through interviews & workshops.

₹ Process mapping of current business process (as-in) and coming up with

optimised business processes (to-be) in places where there is scope of

optimisation.

₹ Documenting processes, rules, workflows & other key factors of the

business in a very legit and accurate manner. Both in textual and in

diagrammatic format.

₹ Communicating & Mediating between the key stakeholders of the

business and the technical team to ensure the output is inclined towards

the business needs and ensuring it iteratively.

₹ Collaborate in the solution creation process to attain technical

alignment for the business needs.

₹ Actively contribute ideas to improve ERP usability and business processes.

Experience & Skills:

₹ 2 - 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, ideally in ERP

implementations

₹ A basic - moderate understanding of Real-Estate industry & domain

₹ Strong proficiency in "Business Requirement Document" documentation

along with English proficiency.

₹ Experience in process modelling tools and documentations

₹ Adaptive and collaborative mindset.

₹ Excellent communication, analytical skills & stakeholder management.

₹ Experience in ERP workflows & implementations of any sort for a business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
