A Business System Analyst (BSA) with telecom domain expertise to support mission-critical public safety systems.

The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance emergency response and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design workflows for emergency response, call routing, and dispatch operations. Analyze call flows, GIS integration, and CAD systems for optimization. Ensure seamless interoperability between PSAPs, ESInet, and telecom networks. Act as a liaison between emergency teams, telecom providers, and IT developers. Develop UAT plans, support validation, and troubleshoot deployments. Maintain documentation, track incidents, and ensure FCC, NENA, and DHS compliance. Skills: Experience in Telecom domain, SQL, APIs, JIRA, Visio
