Vendor Resource Trainee Other Role Description We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience to lead business analysis initiatives across operations, retail, e-commerce, and IT systems.
This role involves engaging with senior leadership, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering actionable insights to support large-scale transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in retail or jewellery industry processes, ERP/e-commerce integration, and business intelligence, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Planning
? Partner with leadership to identify business challenges, opportunities, and growth areas.
? Translate strategic objectives into structured requirements and business cases.
? Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new projects and system implementations. Process Improvement & Optimization
? Analyze and document workflows across retail, supply chain, merchandising, and e-commerce.
? Recommend improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and profitability.
? Lead process re-engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Technology & ERP/E-commerce Integration
? Define business requirements for ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
? Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful system enhancements and integrations.
? Evaluate emerging technologies to support business transformation. Data Analysis & Insights
? Gather, validate, and analyze business data to provide actionable insights. ? Develop dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making.
? Monitor KPIs across departments and recommend corrective actions. pg. 2 Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
? Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and IT.
? Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
? Mentor and guide junior analysts to build organizational analytical capabilities.
Change Management & Governance
? Support change initiatives by preparing impact assessments and transition plans.
? Establish governance frameworks for requirement gathering, approval, and delivery.
? Ensure projects are aligned with compliance and internal audit requirements. Attributes of the Ideal Candidate Key Attributes:
? 12+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, preferably in retail/jewellery.
? Strong expertise in ERP systems (Synergic, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and ecommerce platforms.
? Deep understanding of retail and supply chain operations.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at CXO level. Mindset & Culture Fit:
