Business Analyst - Supply Chain (D2C/B2B | Personal Care)

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support our Supply Chain operations in a D2C/B2B personal care environment. The role focuses on MIS reporting, abnormality detection, and driving cost optimization across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Create and maintain routine and ad-hoc MIS reports on inventory, logistics, production, and procurement. Build dashboards for clear performance visualization. Analyses large datasets to identify trends and improvement areas.

Abnormality Detection

Set and monitor supply chain KPIs. Identify and investigate deviations (stock outs, spoilage, cost variances, delays). Conduct root-cause analysis and work with functional teams to implement fixes.

Cost Optimization

Lead cost-saving initiatives across sourcing, production, warehousing, and distribution. Model financial impacts of supply chain scenarios and develop business cases. Track project progress and realized savings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and Finance for data, system enhancements, and planning. Support budgeting and forecasting. Prepare performance summaries for senior management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance; MBA/SCM certification preferred. 3-5 years' experience as a Business/Data Analyst in FMCG or manufacturing (preferably soap/chemical). Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
