Job Description

Responsibility:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Document business processes, requirements, and solutions for reference and future analysis.
- Brainstorm innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and analytical thinking.
- Efficiently work on tasks and projects, maximizing productivity.
- Convince clients of the value of our services and negotiate favorable terms.
- Actively listen to client concerns, requirements, and feedback.
- Conduct on-site visits to gather insights and data.
- Create compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Data architecture and databases.
- Advocate for the rights and interests of both clients and the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical acumen to understand complex systems and data architecture.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Ability to empathize and adapt communication style as an active listener.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?8,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
