You will be working within a technical team that is made up of product and engineering specialists that specialize in swift deployment, configuration, and utilization of leading-edge advanced vulnerability detections in Technology Information Security Office (TISO). This team is globally located across, the UK, Singapore, India, United States, and other locations, working asynchronously across multiple time zones in a modern agile way. As a Tech Business Analyst in the Security Engineering domain, you will be responsible for implementing and managing technical security controls across diverse applications and system environments. Your primary focus will be on Infrastructure Scanning, Security Remediation, and Security Compliance Validation, ensuring robust protection and compliance for enterprise systems.
Responsibilities

• Analyze business-related processes, especially those impacting security controls and compliance, and develop proposals for change or enhancement
• Gather and evaluate information from internal and external sources to identify security risks and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver secure solutions and drive continuous improvement in security hygiene controls
• Document "as is" and "to be" processes, business requirements, and technical specifications for security initiatives
• Proactively identify control deficiencies, drive risk remediation, and embed risk awareness in all activities.
• Respond to incidents alongside production support teams and the engineering team, providing support

SKILLS
Must have

• Experience in business analysis techniques, preferably within IT Security or Security Engineering domains.
• Familiarity with infrastructure scanning tools, vulnerability management technologies, and security compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, diverse team environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation for security processes, controls, and compliance activities.
