Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decisions Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns Regularly travel for client meetings, business development, and on-ground market assessment Support CRM management and improve lead conversion metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing functions Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel Must be a

or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately
