About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to identify requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making to drive business growth and process improvement. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. ? Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ? Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. ? Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design efficient workflows and system improvements. ? Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation for clarity and alignment. ? Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process automation or optimization. ? Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations. ? Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review. ? Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ? Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst. ? Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow mapping. ? Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack and other commonly used project management tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications ? Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
