Business Analyst (BA)
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients from company-provided leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions in Digital Marketing & SEO services.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively to build trust.
Negotiate terms and pricing while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Achieve defined sales conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate documentation of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM/reporting tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
