About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Business Analyst who can quickly become a trusted advisor for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
What Will You Be Doing?
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects with a focus on back-end system and CMS solutioning.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high client satisfaction.
Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present solution approaches to clients.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers and testers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
Drive project planning, execution, and reporting, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and workflow management.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, processes, and documentation.
Foster strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and solution-driven approaches.
Find opportunities to develop new features to ensure smooth user experience.
Create deployment plans that are lean and efficient.
Partner closely with Product team peers to understand and continuously evaluate product roadmaps.
Analyse data, understand trends/patterns, and think creatively, experimenting 'out of the box' for ideas to drive usage of our products.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on technology solutioning.
Strong hands-on expertise in back-end systems and CMS platforms.
Proven experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and solutioning.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate project teams (developers, testers, and other stakeholders).
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing tools, and Gantt chart-based project planning.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as within a team.
Proficiency in English communication - both verbal and written.
Comfortable with MS Office, particularly Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets.
Meticulous in following company operating protocols.
Excellent team player.
Strong ethics towards work.
