Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in both Business Analysis and Quality

Assurance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical

implementation, ensuring that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high-quality

standards. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with

hands-on experience in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

? Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user

stories.

? Liaise with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.

? Translate business requirements into clear and testable functional specifications.

? Support project teams during requirement validation and design discussions.

? Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

? Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on business and

functional requirements.

? Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

? Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for

resolution.

? Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

? Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

? 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Quality Analyst.

? Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

? Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

? Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center, TestRail, or equivalent).

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Knowledge of SQL, API testing, or automation tools is a plus.

Education:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹404,042.22 - ₹1,524,596.58 per year
