You will also assess the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the future state aligns with both customer requirements and organizational goals. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: -Teamcenter Business Analyst Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, particularly the CQA and TC-IE modules. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and support of lab and quality systems You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of Teamcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, enabling efficient data flow, streamlined operations, and improved decision-making across the organization. Must Have Skills Experience as a Business Analyst in the lab or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter RD&L, especially CAQ and TC-IE. Strong understanding of lab processes, sample lifecycle, and quality control. Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and system integration concepts. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills." Core skill set & Responsibility "Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements. Analyze lab workflows and translate them into functional specifications for CAQ and TC-IE. System Implementation & Optimization: Support the configuration and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter CAQ and TC-IE modules. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure system compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GxP). Support data validation, audit trails, and electronic records management. Reporting & Documentation: Develop business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. Generate reports and dashboards for lab performance and compliance metrics." Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
