Position : Business Analyst/Asst. Product Manager (depends on his/her experience)

Qualification : BE/BTech, MCA
Experience: 2 years in software industry
Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, computer science, business administration) without any breaks.
• Experience in software product development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with English as well as Gujarati.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Knowledge about diamond manufacturing process is plus.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and feature requests, and communicate updates and resolutions.
• Product Strategy and Planning:

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that includes features, enhancements, and iterations aligned with the product vision.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the product strategy, considering both hardware and software components.
• Product Development and Execution:

• Collaborate closely with the head product manager to align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs between features, technical implementation, and user requirements.
• Writing requirement documents, prepare presentations.
