Generate Business through an online freelancing portal like Upwork, freelancer etc. Writing proposals, bidding for the website and interacting with international/domestic clients. Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on online Bidding portals like upwork, elance, guru etc. Should have the working knowledge of SRS and Documentation. A candidate should have excellent communication skills,and written skills. Candidate should know how to work on wire-frames and client handling. Good Interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure. Should be self-motivated and able to motivate others. Aggressive & passionate for work. Analytical skills. Good decision making ability. Able to handle situations diplomatically. Flexible to work in changing environment. Good Communication Skills, Basic IT skills. Job Type: Full-time.
