Job Summary:

Aleat Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst - Pre-Sales with 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, lead conversion, bidding, proposal writing, and project documentation. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound opportunities across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and qualification across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc. Lead conversion through effective client communication and value presentation. Bidding and proposal preparation tailored to client needs. Creating detailed documentation - scope, SOWs, timelines, etc. Collaborating with delivery teams for accurate estimations. CRM maintenance and reporting on sales pipeline.
Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, business analysis, in IT. Proven success with online bidding platforms. Strong communication, proposal writing, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of SDLC and software project workflows.
