Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate experienced with of Business Analyst within the Corporate Functions Technology team, who can play a pivotal role in analyzing the business needs of Finance and Risk portfolios, spearheading innovative solutions and process enhancements.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes, understanding their impact on various systems and business areas.

Collaborate with business managers to define problems, document requirements, and propose effective solutions.

Translate users\' business requirements into functional design specifications.

Guide and support peers, acting as a role model while ensuring project standards and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and supporting change processes during development and implementation stages.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst.

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in IT.

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.

IIBA CBAP Certification.
