About the Role



We are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze existing processes, define business requirements, design future-state workflows, and support transformation initiatives -- including opportunities to leverage

AI/ML

for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities



Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across

Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims Management, and Billing & Payments

. Conduct

as-is

and

to-be

process analysis and develop detailed documentation (L1 and L2 process maps). Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements. Identify opportunities for

automation, optimization, and AI/ML adoption

to improve business efficiency and customer experience. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with SMEs and stakeholders. Support solution design, testing, and validation activities. Provide domain expertise and consultative support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills



7-12 years

of experience as a

Business Analyst

in the

P&C Insurance domain

. In-depth knowledge of

Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Payments

. Proven experience in

requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation (L1 & L2)

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills. Experience in

Agile

environments and stakeholder management. Familiarity with

AI/ML in business process reengineering

(nice to have).

Good to Have



Experience with tools like

Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS

for process documentation. Exposure to

policy administration systems, claims platforms, and billing applications

. Prior experience in

digital transformation

or

process modernization

projects.
