About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team- understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring smooth project execution from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact directly with clients to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Conduct regular meetings with clients to update on project progress and manage expectations effectively. Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects. Support pre-sales and proposal development activities by preparing documentation and assisting with solution design. Ensure project deliverables align with client objectives and business goals. Act as a key liaison between the client and technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company (software/web/app development preferred). Sound technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills--both verbal and written. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Experience in handling clients independently and managing end-to-end project communication Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Office, or similar BA tools is an advantage.
