We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Oracle Functional support In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications Responsibilities . Experience & detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications Modules in Order Management, Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Shipping and Manufacturing. . Rich experience in Oracle Fusion ERP environment including set up & system implementation . Experience with gathering user requirements, understanding & interpreting requirement. . Ability to co-ordinate & work with cross functional teams & IT . Ability to identify & test Oracle Application patches prior to production implementation . Ability to create functional regression test cases for relevant changes from user requirements . Ability to analyze & troubleshoot issues & identify root cause. . Provide necessary support & guidance to planners, logistics & supply chain teams. . Experience with full systems development life cycle oracle EBS implementations . Ability to analyze understand & effectively communicate functional changes to end user . Must be flexible, adaptable & have the ability to work in fast-paced changing environment. . Participate in business process standardization & transformation initiatives . Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions . Develop documentation (Business Requirements & Solution Design Documentation) and obtaining customer signatures as appropriate . Provide feedback and improvements during each phase . Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with minimal input from management . Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly . Initiating internal escalation requests through the Practice or Project Manager immediately upon determining that project completion or customer satisfaction is at risk . Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience . Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms Preferred qualifications . Relevant consulting or industry experience on Oracle Application in finance, procurement, inventory, order management & material management . Ability document client requirements and translate solutions for the requirements, leveraging both configuration, customization , and integration as required to meet the client requirements . Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, multi-tasking development environment . Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills .
