We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Omni Channel Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible to maintain & create tableau dashboards, resolve any issues related to data accuracy or report extraction
Responsibilities:
Data Management, Reporting/charting using MS Excel.
Analytical interpretation using the data provided.
Good to have implementation knowledge.
Be the primary point of contact for business partnersCreate, analyze and publish weekly/monthly performance reports.
Develop quantitative analyses and adhoc reports to monitor performance and trends.
Stay current on digital marketing and ecommerce trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and guest behavior to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in Hive, SQL, MySQL, Python, and/or R programming languages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to apply statistical rigor to analysis
Experience with "big data" environments and tools
Experience with digital and contact center data and analytics
Experience with hospitality data and analytics
Experience with text mining and natural language processing
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence

Post Graduate

Subject Matter Expert in Web Analytics tool
Experience in analytics
Good knowledge on statistics
