Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions used widely for the Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain business functions throughout Terex, will have a focus on but not limited to Terex business in China region.
Responsibilities:
Primary Oracle E-Business Suite Finance and Manufacturing Module support
Develop reports with Oracle E-Business Suite data base and enterprise data platform to support users from both finance and manufacturing departments.
Integral role within the Platforms and Applications team, implementing, standardizing, optimizing, and expanding use of our enterprise IT systems.
Work closely with business teams to understand, gather/Analyze business requirements, design integrated business solutions, generate design documents, perform impact analysis for application changes, and oversee solution delivery.
Work closely with a project team, which includes business users, PMO, IT business engagement, platform and application team members, throughout the project implementation lifecycle from start up to post go-live support.
Focus on common solutions that scale to throughout the enterprise.
Positively influence change and have a significant impact on our business.
Liaison between IT, business customers and IT partners.
Assist support teams with escalated issue resolution.
Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures and deadlines.
Experience Level:
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): 3+ years:
Required: BOM, Inventory, MRP/ASCP, Costing, GL, AP, AR, Invoicing and Tax
Desirable: Purchasing, WIP, Order Management, Shipping, Configurator
Experienced architecting solutions using components from among the Oracle E-Business Suite and complementary products.
R12 experience strongly preferred, but candidates with strong 11i experience or extensive experience with SAP will be considered.
Require Oracle SQL knowledge. Be able to create SQL scripts to execute query and grab data to meet business needs.
Required experience on BI or data processing tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Python
Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and how they are influencing business solutions.
Participated at least 2 times of Oracle EBS implementation.
