Experience

5+ years' experience in Procurement transformation, reporting and or stakeholder management

Functional

Procurement domain knowledge required - Experience in one or more processes in Source to pay. Invoice to pay process knowledge will be an added advantage. Power BI creation and usage is preferred.

Skills

Experience in managing and facilitating gaps analysis/ benefits & value discussion with stakeholders

oExperience in successfully delivering business analysis deliverables; setting the approach and standards.?oExperience working with product owner, PDM and technical teams to build out detailed requirements and complete gap analysis.?

Ensure that process design decisions are agreed with Global Process Owners-GPOs & presented lays with various stake holders (Template owners, IT teams, Operations, Testing teams, Business partners Work with the business to adopt the process design, identify simplification/automation opportunities Provide input to training team on new processes/changes to processes
oSupport with data analysis and reportingoTracking, monitoring and measuring value realization of the project

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?2,400,000.00 per year
