Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align technology with business needs, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development of business cases and project proposals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with process mapping and documentation. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
