We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Business Analyst

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet business objectives effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and identify functional/non-functional requirements. Create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.

Documentation & Process Mapping

Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases. Create process maps, workflows, and diagrams to represent business processes and system interactions. Ensure proper traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Wireframing & UI/UX Collaboration

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes and mockups that visually communicate proposed solutions. Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to illustrate user flows and application design. Assist in developing functional specifications and user acceptance criteria based on wireframes.

Agile Methodology & Tools

Work in an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Manage user stories, backlogs, and tasks within Jira, ensuring they are well-defined, prioritized, and tracked. Assist in developing test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Proficiency in Jira for managing tasks, user stories, and project backlogs. Expertise in creating and maintaining BRD and SRS documentation. Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, Sketch). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and sprint management.

Business Analysis Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in process mapping and requirements analysis. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment.

Communication & Collaboration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Other Skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello). Strong attention to detail and ability to document complex information clearly and structurally. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is an added advantage.
