Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing current states, and identifying customer requirements to define future states or business solutions. You will engage in research activities, ensuring that the solutions proposed align with both business needs and technological capabilities, ultimately contributing to the organization's strategic goals and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Payments Fundamentals, Payment Card Acquiring. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports to support business decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
