Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Document business processes and requirements clearly and concisely. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Requirements analysis and engineering - Agile methodology - Deep expertise on BA tools and methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, User story definition) - Stakeholder management - Project management experience is nice-to-have" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
