Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements. "The Associate Functional Configurator supports the day-to-day configuration and enhancement efforts of the Icertis CLM platform under the guidance of the Lead Configurator. The role is responsible for analyzing minor change requests and support tickets and making configuration changes within the platform while adhering to standards and change processes. o Assist in triaging and resolving user-reported issues or enhancement requests in Icertis CLM. o Perform configuration changes such as metadata updates, clause/template modifications, workflow tweaks, permission changes, and UI adjustments. o Support testing activities including UAT support and defect resolution. o Maintain system documentation and update configuration change logs. o Participate in requirement discussions with business teams and the lead configurator. o Ensure timely response to support tickets and adherence to SLAs. o Escalate complex issues to the Lead Configurator or Technical Support Team. o Learn and grow expertise in advanced Icertis features and modules." Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
