Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to define the future state and business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to assess the current state and identify customer requirements, ensuring that the proposed solutions are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business processes and requirements clearly to support project implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support decision-making. - Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
