Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments. Work with development and QA teams to ensure timely, quality delivery. Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:-

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Insurance domain (mandatory). Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills, essential for a Business Analyst job. Experience in Agile methodology, user stories, and test case preparation. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
