Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations, identify customer requirements, and define the future state, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and systems. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
