Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

MUST Have - Japanese Language (Atleast N3 Level)

Requirement Analysis: + Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, user needs, and system requirements in the banking domain.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Documentation and Communication: + Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
+ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
Collaboration with Development Teams: + Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: + Participate in the testing process by validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
+ Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to development teams.
Continuous Improvement: + Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the banking domain.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking domain. Strong understanding of the entire software development life cycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Backend as a Service (BaaS) concepts. Knowledge of Elixir and experience with headless CMS options. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in the context of the banking industry.
