Minimum : 3-5 yrs of BA experience Minimum : 3-5 years of Life Insurance experience Excellent communication, requirement documentation, flowchart creation skills Should have knowledge SDLC in waterfall & Agile process UI/UX & Figma knowledge will be a plus Should be well versed with Digital platforms & Workflow engines in Life Insurance industry Lead projects E2E without much supervision from FRD review Business clarities Query closures Walkthrough & query closures with Development team Guidelines & leading the testing team Sign off closures Post deployment support if any End to End Project tracking
