Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering by facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with business users. Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for Guidewire Digital Portals. Create process flows, mock-ups, data mappings, and gap analysis documents. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly portal designs. Work with Guidewire Architects and Developers to ensure solutions align with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Support testing activities including writing test cases, reviewing test results, and coordinating UAT. Assist in incident resolution and troubleshooting during development and post-deployment. Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire releases and digital technologies.

Requireme

nts:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Digital Portal (Jutro) projects. Strong understanding of Guidewire suite and Digital Portals. Excellent domain knowledge in US Property & Casualty Insurance to understand and analyze the business needs of the customer. Expertise in creating functional specifications in the form of User Stories, process flows, use cases, data mappings. Experienced in gathering, defining, and organizing business and functional requirements - including acceptance criteria for use by developers and testers to implement and test a functionality. Ability to lead and facilitate the requirements gathering sessions Eliciting requirements and scope using client interviews, documents reviews, legacy analysis, survey and translating client requirements into agile user stories. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good To Have:

Candidates with these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profiles assessed. Some of them are as follows:

P&C Insurance domain knowledge. Guidewire certifications (e.g., Digital Portal Specialist). Prior experience with ProducerEngage, CustomerEngage, or ServiceRepEngage. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
