We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, helping to analyze, document, and improve business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct cost/benefit analysis to support decision-making.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (MBA or related field).
Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
