Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of our ERP systems within the manufacturing domain. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, testing, and maintenance of ERP solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams and business users to ensure ERP configurations meet operational needs.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for ERP functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is an added advantage.
