Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst Manager

with deep expertise in

Payments and Global Banking

to lead high-impact transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in payment systems, cross-border transactions, and SWIFT/ISO20022 standards, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for large-scale transformation projects within the

Payments domain

. Analyze and document end-to-end

payment flows

, including MT/MX messages, clearing, and settlement processes. Work on

payment systems

such as GPP, VolPay, C2P, and T24, ensuring smooth business and functional delivery. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Collaborate closely with cross-geography and senior stakeholders to align business goals with technical solutions. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices in global banking operations. Support project planning, functional testing, and implementation activities.

Key Requirements

12-15 years of core Business Analysis experience

, preferably in the

Global Banking and Payments domain

. Strong understanding of

SWIFT

,

ISO20022

,

MT/MX messages

,

cross-border payments

, and

clearing & settlement systems

. Hands-on experience with

Payments platforms

such as GPP, VolPay, C2P, or T24. Proven track record in managing or contributing to

large transformation projects

as a

Functional BA, PM, or Hybrid role

. Excellent

communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

. Experience working with

global teams

is essential. (Indian domestic banking experience alone will not be considered.)

Education

Bachelor's Degree

in any discipline (Master's preferred).
